Singapore Mortgage Loan Calculator with Amortization Schedule

I recently managed to help a client write a full code for a loan calculator for Singapore with an Amortization Schedule.
And IT WORKS!
When I key in the figure, the calculations are automatically displayed.
My client runs a business loan agency in Singapore and requested me to build a website for them. Additionally, he wanted a business loan calculator. The challenging part is to get the Amortization Schedule displayed side by side but I’m so happy it work out fine.
